Step 1

First, pick out a subject for your time-lapse photography.
Here, we took time-lapse photography of a 3D printer.
Decide on the angle and set it firmly in place with a stand.

Step 2

Follow the recipe for placing the Tags.
Here, we set it to take a photograph once every 30 seconds.
The photographs are saved to the camera roll.
You can also use a Microphone Tag to set it to take a picture whenever there is a loud noise.
The microphone sensitivity can be adjusted depending upon the situation.
This now allows you to take a picture whenever something unusual happens.

Step 3

Finally, turn the photos you took into an animated GIF using a commercially available GIF animation app.
