MESH Meets Artists is a project where MESH is given to various artists who improvise to create “something”.

How It Work “Magic Stick”

Shake the magic stick to turn on a light and then shake it again to turn the light off.

Instructions

Step 1

First create a star shape with wire and attach it to the end of a stick along with an LED Tag.

Step 2

Attach a Move Tag to the base of the stick and connect the LED lamp and the GPIO Tag’s VOUT and GND with cables.

Step 3

Follow the recipe to place and connect the Tags.
Record a “sparkling” sound of casting a magic spell to the Speaker Tag.

How It Work “Sound Chair Prank”

When someone sits in a chair, surprise them with a sudden explosive sound and take a picture of them with a surprised look on their face.

Instructions

Step 1

First attach a Move Tag using adhesive tape to the back of the chair.
Turn up the volume on the speaker and set it up somewhere inconspicuous.

Step 2

Next, open MESH Canvas and follow the recipe to place and connect the Tags.
Try sitting in the chair and adjust the Move Tag’s sensitivity so that the sound plays with just the right amount of movement.

Step 3

Aim the iPad camera as your “target” tries to sit down.
The picture will be taken as the sound is played, so you can snap a picture of them being surprised.
